The Ultimate Speaking Competition took place at the Florida Hotel and Conference center from July 30th-31st. It was the first time that the event was held outside of Las Vegas and it did not disappoint! The event kicked off with a party where everyone got a chance to connect and officially meet each other outside of zoom.

The following day is when things officially got in motion. Hotel guests may be used to seeing limos pull up but this particular group was full of Inspirers, storytellers, and experts ready to rock and roll!

The entire production crew could feel great energy in the air from the time we were setting up all that goes into bringing such impactful people all in one room.

The stage was set so that speakers could have all of the room that they needed to do their thing. A few speakers actually showed up early to hide props in the room.

The first day of the event actually had nothing at all to do with a speaking competition. All of the speakers and even their guests took part in interactive and thought-provoking workshops that helped them to hone in on their skills for the next day.

It was great to see everyone connect and share information. Many of the speakers left with podcast interviews booked, new business partners, etc.

The actual competition was amazing and it was great to see so much creativity in one room. Speakers only had a few minutes to leave an impact if they wanted to make it to the next round. After an intense 3 rounds, Michelle Mras was crowned the winner of the competition.

While there was only one person crowned the winner everyone went home a winner. A special group of the speakers from the competition will come together for the ‘It’s Your Time To Shine Speaking Album’.
